Shri Rishikul B.Ed. College

The purpose is to turn graduates into teachers who are worth putting in front of a class. That means the theory — the principles, techniques and processes of teaching and learning — but it also means the practical business of reading a room of children.

Trainees are taught to understand a child’s ability, intelligence, aptitude, emotion and interest, and to organise and supervise co-curricular activity, so that they can assess a pupil in the scholastic and the non-scholastic alike.

The college teaches across three faculties. Arts covers Drawing, Civics, Home Science, Economics, English, Geography, Hindi, History, Maths, Music, Rajasthani, Sanskrit, Social Science and Urdu. Science covers Biology, Home Science, Chemistry, General Science, Physics and Maths. Commerce covers Book Keeping and Commercial Practice.
